Eligibility Criteria: (योग्यता)

• विद्यार्थी उत्तर  प्रदेश का निवासी होना चाहिए |
• किसी School, Collage अथवा किसी Institute में वर्तमान समय Admission होना चाहिए |
• Scholarship Form Pre Matric में कक्षा 09 अथवा 10 के छात्र आवेदन कर सकते है |
• Post Matric में कक्षा 11 अथवा 12 के छात्र आवेदन कर सकते है |
• और Post Matric/ Dashmottar मतलब-  कक्षा 09, 10, 11, 12 के छात्रों को छोड़कर कोई भी छात्र आवेदन कर सकते है, इस स्कालरशिप में. Courses: UG / PG / Diploma/ ITI / Certificates course, Technical. Professional, All Courses students Can Apply.
• और विद्यार्थी अगर UP का हैं और बाहर किसी राज्य के School/ College से पढाई करते हैं तो भी आप UP Scholarship में आवेदन कर सकते हैं!

For Renewal Candidate

वैसे विद्यार्थी जो पिछले साल आवेदन किये है, उन्हें फिर से नया आवेदन करने की जरुरत नहीं वे पिछले साल का Registration No को Renewal लिंक में जाकर केवल Update करना होगा उनका फॉर्म भरा जायेगा Renewal वाला Option से (उन्हें नया Registration करने की जरुरत नहीं है).
